Excellent experience. Wish my honor points gave me benefits like lower room prices, affirm payment options, Starbucks coupons, coupons on in hotel dining for example.

LIMITED LINEN SERVICE, DIDN'T MAKE BEDS, DIDN'T REPLACE USED GLASSES, DIDN'T FULLY REPLACE TOWELS, AND WASH CLOTHS. IF YOU ARE PAYING OVER $400 PER NIGHT TO STAY IN A HILTON HOTEL, WHY CAN'T YOU GET ROOM SERVICE, I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE!! I HAVE STAYED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WILL I STAY A THIRD TIME, I THINK I'LL GO THE "HOLIDAY EXPRESS" AND SAVE THE MONEY!! RICHARD PITTS

The hotel is nice seemed a bit dated in room. Air system was bad with air vent being away from bed. Checking in the staff double charged us. After checking in we dropped off our stuff quickly to go get lunch across the street. Put do not disturb on door since we didn’t set up safe or anything. Came back an hour later to two gentleman in our room working on something. Tried asking them what was going on and they just kept working without properly telling us what was going on. Wife went to speak with manager on duty and they were rude about it. Stating they were doing internet work and have the right to come in the rooms with or without or knowledge even with do not disturb. We stated our concern about the issue and double charge but they didn’t seem to care. Next morning checking out the gentleman at counter heard our story and told us to reach out to main manager for a return of our stay since we used Expedia and he couldn’t do that only a manager can. Emailed and called manager and haven’t heard anything back. Overall was expecting a lot more from this hotel other than a nice location. I wouldn’t recommend with current leadership and staff being rude.

I have stayed at many Hilton properties, and by far, this one was the worst. The rooms are old, and the tub was extremely dirty. I felt disgusted honestly but had an early flight and wanted a hotel near the airport. Never again!

Great location. Great transit options. Nice rooms. Good, but expensive bar. Plenty of dining options within a reasonable walk. Negative - no pool or spa and mediocre gym.
