I didn’t remember to get her name, but the lady at the desk who works night shift (leaves at 7am) was the most pleasant person to talk to and she was very helpful. Give her a raise!! We need more people like her in this world

Everything! I was only going to stay Wednesday through Friday but the Hilton Alexandria made it easy for me to stay the extra 2 nights needed to enjoy DC with my work friends. Concierge accommodated my request nicely and the attendants at the marketplace were kind, attentive and make the best cortados! I'm happy to see that the Hilton offers room housekeeping including towel replacement when I really did not need them to be replaced. The restaurant breakfast was outstanding and staff so courteous and attentive. I look forward to the return visit to DC and I will not spend too much time deciding on where I will be lodging. Thank you so much and please thank all who helped make my stay a ☺️ delightful one!

The shower hadn't been cleaned properly. There's hairs stuck on the shower walls from the previous guest
