Great location! Very walkable to the attractions and dining options. Paid extra for the premium room that was supposed to come with freed beverages and snacks. They never refilled them in the 5 nights we stayed. Never restocked coffee cups in our room. Brought it to the attention of the front desk multiple times. Only thing we received were 250 hilton rewards points. Pool was shut down our last 2 days there.

Hotel was clean & free breakfast was great. While there the hotel had one elevator broken & the day we checked out the second elevator went down. Had to walk down 10 flights of stairs with luggage.

The lady behind the desk was “uninviting” at best. Not sure why she had the urge to watch every step we took, even when we walked out to the street, she was out watching what we were doing. Maybe because we didn’t elect to park our car with the hotel for a fee of $50 or $60 per night!!! And we decided to park across the street for $37 for the weekend, including taxes. We asked for towels and a shower cap, never got them, she was on duty. Next day we asked for a different room because the noise of the garbage dumpster outside our window were being emptied. The day attendant was very help full and understanding. Oh one more, out of the two elevators, one works, and in the morning we have to use the stairs…

one of the elevators broken while the other one was very slow. Staff at front desk was rude and unhelpful
