This was the 4th hotel we tried. Expedia let us book on the website and when we got there they were actually sold out. Huge back and force with your company wanting to repay us with room points or have the hotel directly pay us back even though they made no mistake. Ridiculous argument that did NOT need to happen. As we were searching for yet another hotel, a room opened up here and they let us stay. As we went to bed you STILL had rooms posted there as available on your site and would not take them down. Just ridiculous, shoddy service on your part. Thankfully the actual hotel came through for us. All I wanted was a good night's sleep before surgery the next morning. Expedia did NOT help.

Unfortunately, this property within one year ( I stayed last year) was not the same with regards to staffing, pricing, (broken elevator), room itself didn't have the fridge it used to, nor the friendliness or willingness of staff to be customer oriented! Example I got locked out of hotel because they close entry at 8 or 9 pm and you need your key card to enter. I didn't know about this so I was standing at the door banging while the front desk person looked on, waved, ignored me, stayed on phone, never came over to help me and it was unacceptable! If you don't have polite educated front desk staff, you better sell the property to a chain that can operate it correctly. This was a sad visit, because my first time was simply divine! Things can change fast in the hotel business, so I'd be very careful about this place. The manager was a temp and told me how much trouble they have finding people to work?? If that's the case, it should be taken over by a company that can run it better. The daily included breakfast is always something I enjoy and it's definitely great still!!
