Have stayed here a couple of times and the location is incredible right on the water and there's plenty to do in the little square of the wharf.

They charged me double for the same room, and the refund will take 5 business days. Totally unacceptable. The checkin staff were awful. The morning checkout staff were good.

Initial person to check us in was not very helpful, and also not very nice. Later on, there was a mix up with our room due to the initial check in and the next front desk agent was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was nice and clean. Also, it had a nice view and great access to a lot of different restaurants. Overall a good experience, but could have started off better.

The room was very modern. I loved it. the water pressure in the sink was weak. The green flashing light of the carbon monoxide kept waking me up. The wait staff at bfast was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants around the area were great. The weather was not conducive to go on a boat ride but that would have been great.

Smoke filled hall on the 8th floor and in the gym bathroom. Nobody is paying for a smoking room. Unacceptable.
