All good - Food in the Pub excellent. Can recommend the Steak Diane. Good atmosphere. There were 6 of us. All happy with our stay. Stairs a bit high to the top bedroom but we were ok. Food in the pub across the road looked good Tilted Wig. Especially the Sunday Roast. The smallest pub in Warwick a few yards away. Excellent. Everything on hand. Couldnt fault it. A great stay everything walkable.

Very pleasant and comfortable. A popular pub — food on tap all day from 7,30 am — seems to be the local business-women’s venue for breakfast conferences! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Central: just a short walk to most tourist attractions, and a clutch of restaurants if you want to branch out. Despite the location, I had two very good nights’ sleeps: it’s not a riotous city centre as far as I could see. No lift, but I managed the stairs, and they took my bags up and down for me. Definitely recommended!

Perfect location, not sure ideal for young family.
Posted 24 Dec 2023 on HotelsFantastic location, friendly staff, clean spacious family room. The only drawback is the family room 1 is right above pub entrance and you can here all the conversations, shouting and expletives outside which really isn't ideal when you got young children - we've had to drown it out by turning up the TV volume. Plus the bathroom doesn't have a blind so at night if you switch the light on only a mesh curtain is your privacy which is pretty useless. Overall as long as you can cope with the drawbacks it's an otherwise good B&B.
