Azura Bermuda is a little slice of paradise. From the breathtaking views to the modern accommodations, you feel like you’re on your own private island. The view from our room was top tier and all hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back at some point over the next year!

Everything here is amazing except for 2 small issue's. They need to provide water by the pool or beach or at least someplace that sells water and a place to refill it. Also, there are lots of very steep stairs and hills going to and from the rooms and beach. Maybe golf cart shuttle service. Otherwise it is fantastic.

Property and rooms were extremely nice, beach is beautiful. Restaurant food was not very good, and wine that I was served definitely was not what was listed on the menu. Entire property only had 6 beach/pool umbrellas. Also, the rooms have smart TVs but no apps or on demand, only regular cable.

Our new Executive Chef just joined the team few days ago and is in the process of revamping all the food and beverage offerings. I will be sure to share your comments with the Executive Chef.I understand how the shortage of umbrellas must be disappointing. Unfortunately, we are awaiting the shipment which has been delayed and hope to receive these over the next few weeks. In regard to the smart TVs, we do not offer apps due to the broadband capabilities. An absolute gem! From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with professionalism and friendliness. The villa we stayed in was immaculate, boasting modern amenities and breathtaking view that I cannot say enough about! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Even though the resort was under construction, it was peaceful and quiet. It was the PERFECT retreat for my friends and I. I can't wait to return to this paradise. Thank you!

This was disappointing. My colleague and I could not check into our rooms until TWO AND A HALF HOURS after regular check-in time. The front desk staff was not particularly apologetic either. Rooms were mediocre, a lot of dust under the bed area, showers with little pressure and barely hot water, and general inconveniences such as no plugs near the bed/no replacement of used coffee/tea pods. Would not recommend.

The views were BEAUTIFUL and the staff was very kind. I think this hotel will be better and more organized once construction is finalized. There were a few areas that felt like false advertising: website says you can walk to elbow beach but after attempting and feeling unsafe when the sidewalks ran out, we asked the front desk and she said you have to walk in the road. The website also says that there is a complementary shuttle to horshoe bay but when we tried to take it, we were told that it is not up and running yet. We booked the rooftop yoga class but when we showed up we were told we needed mats from the front desk and they were supposed to tell us that when booking but they didn’t. I went back down to get them and was told they didn’t have enough left because guests don’t return them. They should say you need to bring your own then. The garden room was a good size but needed a full size mirror somewhere and hooks in the bathroom (the bathroom door had marks that hooks had been previously there but ripped off). The rug runner in the room was also dirty. Disappointing for a hotel that is meant to be upscale. The pool bar food was very good. Be warned that this hotel has a lot of hills and stairs to get to different areas. The beach area is down a VERY steep hill. Overall good hotel that needs some improvements that I think will be fixed after construction and more staff are hired and trained.

I apologize for the miscommunication regarding the yoga mats and have addressed this with the respective Department Head Manager for staff training. We are currently awaiting a shipment of yoga mats that will be placed in each hotel guest room and readily available. Unfortunately, the beach shuttle is only available in season which is May 1 to October 31st. During the off-season, this is available on a case by case based on staff availability. In regard to the sidewalks, this is an Island-wide issue as most areas do not have continuous pavements and require some walking on the road. Residents of Bermuda are very aware and conscious of this and take extreme care while driving. On behalf of the housekeeping and management, I apologies for the condition of the room and this has been addressed with the respective managers. This is definitely not Azura standard, and our objective as always is to deliver a superior product and experience. There are definitely a few elevation areas around the property, please note we do provide a golf cart service to transport guest around the property and to and from the beach. The construction of our new restaurant will be completed by mid-May, and our new saltwater ocean pool will also be in service by this time. We thank you again for your candid feedback and hope this experience hasn't totally marred your impression of Azura Bermuda.
