Place was lovely and the staff were excellent food was amazing will go there again

A pleasant surprise! We arrived late evening in heavy rain. So good to have a warm welcome from Reception and then to find that our room (9) was comfortable, well appointed and spacious. There was some traffic noise but it was not really disturbing. The cooked breakfast was excellent; more fresh fruit etc would have been welcome. Service was friendly and efficient. Convenient for the old centre of Warwick.

Breakfast due to start at 7:30 so I arrived on the dot. Juices and milk were only just being put out and there seemed to be no cooking going on. There were about 6 people already seated. When approached after 6 minutes,as I was in a rush that day I asked if the server could give me an idea of how long it would take to cook a full breakfast - she could not give me any answer. I opted to just have a bowl of cereal. If breakfast starts at at 7:30 it should be served or servable at that time. Not impressed.
