Perfect location, not sure ideal for young family.
Posted 24 Dec 2023 on HotelsFantastic location, friendly staff, clean spacious family room. The only drawback is the family room 1 is right above pub entrance and you can here all the conversations, shouting and expletives outside which really isn't ideal when you got young children - we've had to drown it out by turning up the TV volume. Plus the bathroom doesn't have a blind so at night if you switch the light on only a mesh curtain is your privacy which is pretty useless. Overall as long as you can cope with the drawbacks it's an otherwise good B&B.

We stayed here for one night when visiting Warwick castle.
We had a family room on the top floor of the pub. The room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious and was set up with a double bed, single bed and camp bed which was perfect for us.
There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with a fan.
Breakfast was delicious! But most of all, each member of staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
We stayed on a Sunday evening, so struck lucky with the parking bays outside, but I understand there is parking just round the corner.
If we are ever back in Warwick, we would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends visiting Warwick castle. A hidden gem!
