It is about time hotels like this removed carpet from the rooms - it is much easier to keep a solid floor cleaner. The breakfast left something to be desired. Lack of in-room coffee was also not optimal.

Terrible front desk customer service accompanied by Expedias customer service. Both parties were rude; irrational; ignorant; and neglectful. Will never book another reservation through this method again nor with this property

the front desk person gave us a room not clean .The bed was not made ,garbage was scattered on the table.Dirty towels were on the bathroom floor !!! .We have to complain to front desk person to changed our room !!! For all my travels our first time to check in to a dirty room !!! Please notify extended stay America for their mistake !!!Aside from card payment,I paid also $100 dollars deposit refundable after 5 days deposit.

When we got to the hotel, the room we reserved wasn’t available. The staff was very accommodating and was able to get us situated. Although the hotel served its purpose, there were a few things to point out as it’s not stated on their website. -breakfast choices were very limited. Muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. -laundry room is under construction so we weren’t able to do our laundry there. This was disappointing as we were there for five days. Overall, good stay.
