Pros - nice location, most of the staff is good (except few), swimming pool Cons - Spa is sub par, Parking around hotel is difficult, staff doesn’t have information about nearby places - better to Google than ask them, staff doesn’t take any requests into consideration. As an example - We stayed here for 40th B’day and hotel couldn’t even arrange a Pastry 😒

However, we regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.We apologize for the lack of information provided by our staff about nearby places. Your suggestion to use Google for local information is noted, and we will work on improving our team’s knowledge to better assist our guests.As for parking wee offer 3 options.First option is hotel spots. You can park your car on white envelope, where our team will show you the way first. Kindly please collect parking ID card from front desk and place it on the front car windshield inside. Price for parking is 150 PLN/per day. We do not make reservations in advance. Second option is public parking. You can park your car on the street and pay to the parkometer from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00. After mentioned hours, public parking is free, on weekends as well.Third option is secured parking - an external company. You can take your car to the guarded underground car park at Plac Krasińskich 2/4/6 Street - the cost of parking is 50 PLN/per day. It is 5 minutes by car from the hotel and 10 minutes on foot.Your feedback regarding our spa services and the attentiveness of our staff is very valuable to us. We will address these issues with our team to ensure better service in the future.However, we hope you were satisfied with the free upgrade to the superior room and our homemade pralines we prepared for you as a happy birthday gift.If you would like to get some pastry for the next time, please contact us directly, so we can discuss what cake filling you prefer the most.We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless and enjoyable stay.Best regards,

Unfortunately a film crew were there for over 24hrs. They took up the whole lounge area, not fair for the paying guests.

Although I booked a king size bed, we were given 2 twin beds together, I was too tired I did not bother …but at night I could not sleep because it is impossible for 2 adults being able to sleep on that tiny bed. So I went to reception at 3am and complained and they gave room with bigger bed. This should have been done in the first place. For 2 night stay it is a hassle to change a room!

Excellent location, exceptional style. Hotel is clean and fancy! Two welcomed features after long period of travel. Amazing spa-like washroom in our family room. Pool area at the hotel is absolutely lovely. Location/proximity to old town area is fabulous. The fountain area near the hotel is beautiful. Stay here if you can!

Excellent location walking distance to old town and many restaurants. The staff are very attentive, the young tall man with curly hair could not do enough for us. We had an early tour of Auschwitz in our second day and the hotel provided us with a fabulous boxed breakfast to take with us as we were too early to eat in restaurant. I can not say enough good about this hotel!! If back in Warsaw I will definitely stay here!!
