Nice and clean room. Very good service. Delicious breakfasts. The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room.

Mini break at twixmas
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsA very spacious room and lovely shower, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge also. The hotel was very clean and very warm throughout, our room had air conditioning too. The buffet breakfast was very plentiful and very tasty and had a mix of cold meats, cheeses and eggs together with warm options of eggs and sausages finished off with a selection of fruit, cakes and fillled pancakes. The hotel was a 25 min walk into Old Town and was in a short 5-10 walk of various tram, metro and bus stops to take you to any part of the city at very cheap cost and very reliable service. There was a shopping centre 5 mins walk away with a number of shops, fast food and a large supermarket. Overall a very enjoyable short family stay

Spotlessly clean hotel in a convenient location. Staff not overly friendly, and despite asking twice, they would not let us have an extra pillow! Breakfast was basic, but acceptable and the bakery accross the main road was far superior for a croissant or sandwich if your booking didn't include breakfast.

Perfect

The check-in at reception for our early arrival was cheerfully accommodated; the room was as described with good condition furniture and carpeting; the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced in continental Europe with a great selection of meats, cheeses, salads, a hot selection; fruit; and friendly buffet staff. Very close to public transport and ideal for close access to the city. We would definitely stay with Hetman Hotel again, and would recommend them.

Clean but basic room, didnt see any gym/spa etc which is fine for a city break for us. Location excellent for stadium, not too far to walk for old town.

But on the next stay, our team will recommend you an indoor 25-meter swimming pool and bowling club, which is 200 meters away from our hotel.
