This is our second stay at The Derougemont Manor and it was great. This time we stayed in a family room which had plenty of space for a family of four including a travel cot.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and remembered us from our previous visit.
Breakfast was very tasty and had a good range for continental options.
We look forward to staying again soon.

Staff at this place are amazing and can’t do enough for you, rooms are always spotless. Food is very hit and miss, can be good or can be bad depending on what you order from the very limited menu that apparently is meant to change monthly but it doesn’t. Main reason to go to this hotel is the staff are great, might be worth eating elsewhere though.

Noisy room. Reception staff awkward
Posted 6 Mar 2024 on HotelsReception staff not welcoming suggesting with out a credit i could not stay as they could not charge for extras. Room was already paid for and i did not want any extras.
They then checked realised they couls accept samsung pay on my phone.
Room was noisy.
