The location is slightly 2 km from the town centre, however it is tranquil compared to the hectic scene in the town centre. "Beware the management here is greedy and likes to rip off tourists. Everything from airport pickup to tours can be up to 5 times what you would pay somewhere else. The facilities do not match the prices. A better value could be found elsewhere. I did not feel relaxed and cared for here instead I felt like I was surrounded by vultures trying to make money off me."

"It's an old style hotel using natural ventilation to cool it, however Siem Reap weather is not so much the heat but humidity, so a lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable. The staff are wonderful and friendly and can't do enough for you."

"I think the property will be lovely when completed later this year. Much was still under construction. We were woken each day to construction noises and sitting poolside was very loud. Even breakfast and lunch in the cafe was loud. The rooms were spacious and the food in the cafe excellent. The staff is wonderful. Definitely would stay again but not until after all construction is complete. "
