The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and the hotel grounds were simply beautiful. We arranged daily tours to the major sites around Siem Reap through the hotel and found our driver and guide extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious and had several local food options along with a cook to order station. There were many dining venues around the hotel, however we chose to eat dinner at their restaurant and attended their dinner show one night which was wonderful.

Since we were traveling with children, the standard temple tours often didn’t fit our family’s needs in terms of timing and destinations, so we consulted the front desk. They quickly arranged a comfortable car and a Japanese-speaking guide for us, which was very helpful. The schedule was adjusted according to the children’s energy levels and the weather, and we were able to visit all the places we wanted to see. We were very satisfied.
