Very nice boutique hotel, very clean, excellent decor, friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was cooked to order, not a buffet very nice. Menu for dinner and lunch was excellent and well prepared.

We had a wonderful stay at Shintana Saya. All of the staff were fantastic and so helpful. They provided free tuktuk rides into town. The resort was very quiet and had a lovely pool and restaurant.

Staff was super helpful, they picked us up from the airport, taxi was only 3 dollars to downtown,, they scheduled oir taxis for our tours, and had the taxis wait for until we were finished. The massages were amazing, food was great, we wish we can give 10 star's.

From the staff to the owner, to the drivers, everyone at Shintana Saya Residence was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me and my husband the best welcome and kept the same high level of attention through the end of our stay. The place is really clean, quiet, and close to the temples. We totally recommend this place and we look forward to staying at Shintana Saya Residence again.

Absolutely amazing

Without a doubt the most amazing stay ever. Mr Sy and his team went above and beyond in every way possible, from collecting us, organising dinner and arranging other comforts we required. We also had a massage in the room which was fantastic. The room was huge and really clean and made for a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Incredible.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. We had an incredible four night stay here with my family. The staff went out of their way to help us have the most enjoyable time, including airport transfer, snacks, housekeeping, taking us for a tuk tuk at sunrise when we insisted we try even when they knew it was too cloudy(!)! and looking after our two young daughters when they were all templed out! Stay here whenever in Siem Reap, for an incredible stay.

Many apologies for this late submission. My sister, her friend (the two of them shared a room) and I booked two rooms in January 3025. Very simply, we were treated like royalty; the service was faultless, the spacious rooms were impeccable, and every one was most helpful. The dining area, while small, served fresh juices and coconut water for the asking and the chef was eager to customise the breakfast offering, which was sumptuous. Also, the hotel arranged all local transport which could go on the bill. Although the location may appear to be a bit far from the hourly-burly of the town Center, it’s only 10 minutes away from an auto-rickshaw ride. Would stay at this lovely oasis anytime.

It was a great experience. We had an amazing time and really above expectations. We booked it imagining we were going to have a good time, but we had a great time. All the staff (and I mean it) were extremely friendly in every single moment of our stay. Spacious room… massages included… relaxing atmosphere… tuktuk to the city availability… tour arranged to us. Everything to make our stay a memorable one. We totally recommend whenever you come to Siem Reap.

This place was amazing! What a wonderful oasis truly. My room was enormous (room 999), the staff was fantastic, friendly, attentive, kind. This is a small boutique hotel a bit off the beaten path and when you drive up you might get a little surprised as the area it is in is not gorgeous….but as soon as you cross the entry, you are transported into this peaceful Shangri-La…beautiful decor …lush greenery…wonderful pool…and did I mention the rooms?? They cater to your every need…including a free tuk-tuk to town as needed. Book it immediately…it is totally worth the money…I didn’t want to leave. Thank you to David and everyone there for making my stay so memorable!!

An amazing boutique hotel with incredible staff led by Mr Sy who ensured everything went smoothly and we loved every minute of our stay. The food options are delicious and the smoothies (especially mango) wonderful at the end of touring temples or other activities. Our room was large and extremely comfortable, with daily housekeeping provided. The guide arranged by the hotel called ‘Tiger’ was exceptional and we recommend him if he’s available. Honestly, we only have positive and happy vibes about our experience and we felt sad to leave after our 8 days and hope to return in the future. Thank you for making our first time in Cambodia so memorable.

The driver greeted us at the airport upon arrival. On the one-hour ride to the hotel, he provided a cold towel for us to freshen up and fresh coconut juice to enjoy. We felt very welcoming. We had connecting rooms for our group of five. The rooms are very spacious. There are couches and chairs for everyone to sit to enjoy their ME time. The only place that showed signs of aging was the bathroom shower. There was rust and water stains. In addition, we would prefer a hand-held shower instead of one hanging high from the ceiling. The staff members were polite, attentive, and extremely helpful. Our flight left late in the afternoon, and we were allowed to check out at 3:30 (instead of noon) without additional cost. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, and we plan to stay there again on our next trip to Siem Reap.
