The hotel is getting old and most of the room amenities are worn out. Not so recommend to stay

Property is closing on March 31, 2019. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 46 years. Now need to look for another hotel to stay.

The property is tried and the landing area smelt damp.

Good location, easy access to shopping and transportation. Hotel is very old but understand it will be closed in Mar 2019 for redevelopment.
