Staff were freindly and extremely helpful. Room was basic but comfortable. Experience was tainted by an occupent upstairs who proceeded to bang on his floor for some time. I contacted reception to complain and the noise did seem to subside after and staff cant be held to account for guests behaviour. Nonetheless, it did spoil my experience and is reflected in this review.

Great little gem of a place
Posted 11 Sep 2023 on HotelsLovely location. Very handy to walk to restaurants but has facilities to cook if you want. Clean and comfy rooms. Stayed her with a colleague who had never stayed in a youth hostel before. She loved it.

Posted 25 Jun 2023 on HotelsI was allocated a big loft type of room on 1st floor. Due to poor ventilation even late at night and all thru the night it was so warm and hot and could not sleep well. The only one window cannot be opened fully.
The room needs to be air conditioned or need a better ventilation system.
