Air conditioning was not working.
The rooms were not cleaned even once during my 26/04 - 29/04 stay.

Convenient for an event we had to do in Enfield so it was much easier staying at this property rather than one in central London and having to fight traffic to get there the next morning. The staff were friendly and it is over high standard for a local hotel.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. I was given an upgrade when I arrived which left me stunned as I’ve never had that experience before.
