We booked two rooms, for my sister and another room I shared with my brother. When we arrived to check in, we were told my sister's room had a maintenance issue and she was moved to a different room. The room she got was old was clean, but we noticed one of the lights wasn't working. We checked the bulb and we noticed a light bulb was actually missing from the socket and it was very strange that in the socket was a sealed pack of Marlboro cigarettes. We don't smoke so we called the front desk and we gave the cigarettes to the maintenance guy who put a working bulb in and got the light working. My brother and I walked in our room and we noticed our bathroom light also wasn't working. We called the manager and she came over and checked, and flicked the light switch a couple of times, and she said "Yup, your bathroom light isn't working". And then she also noticed that the bathroom ceiling also had black mold, so she told us she couldn't let us stay in this room. We were glad that she was the one who noticed, and she moved us to a different room, but it was smaller since there were no other "working" rooms available. So, she had to move the small fridge and microwave into this smaller room, because we paid for a room with a fridge and microwave. The rooms were old and the sink and the bathtub were dirty or stained. Our bathroom sink was also clogged (which they fixed). My sister's room was facing the street and she said it was loud at night, she could hear people talking outside

I love the pool even though it's too cold to use right now. The facility was nice. I love that there's only two levels. Parking was easy and plenty but I do wish they had more than two handicap parking places in the back parking area. The room was nice and comfy. The walls are very thin. The ppl above my room were very noisy until about 11pm then began again around 4am. The staff were very nice!!!!!!! There were some cons as I mentioned but this is no high scale motel. Even if it were, nothing is perfect. I highly recommend this place. I will return.

We were traveling with our dog, and this was a great place for an overnight stay. Easy access to the great restaurants and shopping in Walnut creek. The staff was very friendly.

Good place for a night or two. They had a good vending machine with options of food and hygiene products. Ice machine in the facility and WiFi and cable. Would recommend to bring your own shower products like shampoo, conditioner and so on. That was no provided.

The staff were extremely friendly. The smell of the room was unpleasant. There was fighting going on outside my room. It was very loud and scary

Old and worn out furnishings. Bugs in room. Unfriendly girl at counter. Fire alarm falling off wall. Lack of ammenities in room, no hair dryer, shampoo, coffee maker - basically just a bed and a tv and a run down bathroom.
