Incidental

Well I checked in yesterday and paid 50 dollars for incidentals and booked the room the next day and I have to pay 50 dollars for the same room I am in . How fair is that to charge my debit card for 100 for the same room . Asked the staff just to hold my card without charging anything .I stayed last week with the hotel and still have 100 dollars incidental that I payed that I payed for my stay and the money still didn’t come to my bank account yet . Thank you!

Thank you Khalid, as soon as a guest checks out from the hotel the incidental hold of 50 per day is released by the hotel. Please contact your bank directly to inquire why they have not released the funds back to your account.
