This hotel is scamming people

Hi Sir,Thank you for your review. You had called me this morning regarding smoking fee that was imposed upon your departure. We are sorry but that is the policy as this is non smoking hotel. We had to use ozone machine for 24 hours so that the smell of smoke could be taken out of the room as it would not be fair to non smokers to stay in that room. Charging 250 for smoking in room is also printed on guest's registration card. I am sorry once again but this is a policy that we have in place.Thank you.

the fire pit would have been my favorite feature although we couldn't use it because there was a group out there sitting side by side and there wasn't enough room. it would have been nice if there was another one that wasn't up against the fence so more people could have enjoyed it.

We had scheduled cleaning but they never showed up. Staff was never around when needed. The cleaning staff were unprofessional, when we were leaving one of the cleaning staff members made us stop on the elevator every floor on the way down so she could look around for another staff member.

It was right off the freeway and close to the ball park we were playing at
