Right down road from Badlands and several blocks from downtown Wall. Downtown has Wall Drugs and some restaurants but nothing else. Our main attraction was the Badlands as we worked our way to Custard State Park. Cabins were nicely decorated and cozy. It’s off main road so there is no view but was not noisy. We would stay there again.

Great location - close to the Badlands’ NW entrance. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Kids loved that there was a playground in the complex.

For the price tv should have worked good no guide of channels and there was little bugs on the bathroom floor

In regards to the air conditioning unit, we are sorry if this was not something you enjoyed, but they are temperature controlled on each individual unit. This means they cut on and off based off each guest’s temperature preference and setting. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope your travels are marvelous!

The shower head needs to be replaced. The sofa bed was the worst of our entire trip and we’ve had five other hotels with a sofa bed. There was no room service to take out trash or replace dirty towels. There were not dish towels nor a dish drain to clean the kitchen after meals. “Free” breakfast is a coupon at a restaurant down the road, which was great, but misleading in being “free.” We still had to pay $18 for beverages and then a tip. This cabin was far too expensive for that kind of service overall.

We are sorry for any miscommunication in regards to housekeeping, and we would have been thrilled to service your cabin during your stay! We personally reach out to every single one of our stay over guests first thing in the morning, 7 days a week, to touch base and determine what specifically they need or want done. It is our way of providing each individual guests wishes, as many take their stay to rest and relax, not wanting housekeeping staff to interrupt that. We are so sorry for any miscommunication in this! Again, I feel we must not have communicated the dish drainers location under the sink, or that of the dish clothes and dish towels in the cabinet drawer, and can only again apologize. As to your lack of enthusiasm for the complimentary hot breakfast voucher at one of our fabulous local dining establishments, it is quite dismaying. Considering we do not state that any breakfast is included, and nor does anyone advertise such, most people are thrilled with this added bonus! This is something a little extra we wanted to offer our amazing guests, and it is thoroughly disheartening to see it was not something you seemed to enjoy! Thank you again for staying with us, and have safe travels!

Staff friendly and helpful with quick response when contacted over issue with window blinds. Cute decor, comfortable beds although soft. Limited amount of snacks and drinks available in office.
