We enjoyed Hotel and Gasthaus Lowen very much. Booking the hotel was easy and the communication from the hotel to us was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It was the ideal place for us to stay as visited the Christmas market in Freiburg.

Quiet and good location

Friendly staff and an ideal location to explore the area.

The bedroom was stark, no view from the window apart from the sky; there were no pictures or any colour. The staff were pleasant.
