I didnt know the gameroom could be reserved and their was a birthday party the day we tried to use it but its ok we still used the pool and now know in advance we can book a reservation for it. "Very clean and well-maintained property. It doesn’t have ocean-view rooms, but the golf course views are gorgeous. We even saw herds of goats grazing on the golf course, which was such a fun surprise! The pool is nice, has many slides which my kiddos enjoy. I will definitely stay there again if going back to the big island"

"Warm and friendly staff. Water fillers in numerous locations, which was very convenient. Water bottles provided. Snorkeling was wonderful on property. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained and luscious. Food at the pool was delicious. Breakfast buffet was OK. Balcony lounge food could be improved."

"We had a great experience from check in through check out. Our room was upgraded at check in to a room with an ocean view and we were given fresh lei’s. Our room key was in the form of a waterproof bracelet so we didn’t have to worry about carrying a card with us. The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and had wonderful service poolside. What we didn’t expect was how great the snorkeling was off the beach that is about a 10 minute walk from property. We had dinner at the restaurant on their property, the Canoe House. We reserved a table there well in advance and was the original reason we decided to stay at this resort. The head chef was the winner of the most recent season of Top Chef. The staff was helpful throughout the stay. Whenever we looked like we needed help, one of the staff would stop and give us information. They offered both self and valet parking. We chose self park because we wanted easy access to our car and it was convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again on another trip to the big island."

"We had a great stay in condo 4E. Very roomy very clean. The grounds are beautiful. One of the best sunsets of my trip was by the pool. Asked for someone to come fix my patio light but that didn't happen. Overall great time and would recommend."
