We had a beautiful time at that hotel and the property was wonderful. It was too bad the hurricane had to spoil our trip to Kauai but it just made her stay at Waikoloa 2 days longer so we had a great time

Our 6th stay in this property and still in love, family friendly resort we all enjoyed. Just heads up the boat rides are closed for almost a year now as been told but the tram still working but expect at least 30 minutes waiting

Everything about the place was beautiful. The room was beautiful. It was comfortable. The view was wonderful we had a view of the ocean and of the golf course, the minor birds. The nay neighbors left the door open and the birds came into the room. It was very cool. The walk was amazing. We actually walked 7 mi in one day. It was pretty cool

Breakfast package was the worst, the resort was very nice. Some rooms was renovated and some was outdated, the food on the resort is high and limited. There is no night life on the big island and the food is not all that. We came, we saw and we checked it off our bucket list. The views was very nice

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village. We stayed on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower, and our room had a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The view was honestly one of our favorite parts of the stay, especially in the mornings. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the scenery while also having a convenient location to explore the Big Island. One thing I would recommend is adding breakfast when you make your booking if you plan on eating there. We added it after we arrived, and it was $10 more, so it’s better to include it ahead of time. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back!

This was our second trip to this resort. This time the tram and the boats were not operating. So we had to walk a lot which was fine for us, but definitely could be an issue for some guests. We also stayed in a different tower(ocean) this time and would say it was not as nice as the makai tower we stayed in last time. The pools and lagoon are great for kids. I would come back.

The property was great, but the Ocean Tower has a later check in and earlier check out time comparatively to the rest of the property. Additionally, we were charged $150 in additional resort fees for a single night stay (instead of the $50 that was quoted by Expedia to be paid on the property.)

I stayed at this resort a few years ago. It has definitely aged. Be prepared to do a LOT of walking. The tram is very slow and it does not match the wait time. Overall a great family friendly resort.

Hate even to complain because one should be so lucky to stay at this resort and in a fully updated suite (2-bed, 2-bath, Full Kitchen and Living Room in Hawaii. One complaint would be the amount of walking since the boats aren’t in operation and only one tram operating that takes 45mins if you miss it as it pulls away. We like getting our steps in though but maybe not so much if my older parents were with us. Shopping onsite, restaurants were great (being from SoCal we are use to the high costs), and honestly so cool to have both King and Queens Marketplaces so close. A-Beach is also awesome, mellow, and great ocean front. I would never not rent a car. Book and Enjoy at your own risk :)

We traveled to this resort with a group of 16 of our family members in four different rooms. Resort is great amenities, are great, housekeeping not so great. Restaurants are really good, especially the Italian one right near our room. We rented a car which made it easier to get around, this resort is huge so walking or waiting for a shuttle is not ideal. We picked up some groceries at Costco before checking in, which worked out great for everyone to have lunch and snacks quickly. Our room was a two bedroom suite which had all cooking utensils and a full stove and refrigerator washer and washer and dryer.. Some in our group had the a studio, which was good also had a refrigerator but no stove. I would recommend this resort and also like to visit again. There is so much to do, we will have to come back to finish. We did the timeshare pitch and got discounted tickets for the luau, which was awesome for both kids and adults.

The suite in Ocean Tower was great. The amenities were excellent as well. Kids enjoyed a lot. It takes a long time to get in & out of the resort because the tram is very slow & the canal boats are out pf serbice. We wasted a lot of time getting in & out.

Lots of showing wear and tear on cupboards, walls. It could be cleaner sand on floors finger prints on everything. We had an issue with faucet not shutting off and maintenance showed up in less then 5 minutes. Maid service check on us everyday asking if we needed anything. Way to far to walk to get to car everyday from ocean tower and vallet parking cost insane.
