Due to Layla we had to change plans and booked the Hilton Grand Vacations Waikoloa. The room was huge, perfect for 5 people. Grounds and amenities were beautiful and the whole staff was courteous and professional. Pool was clean and quiet near our unit. Vacation saver for us! I would return.

We had a comfortable stay. The kitchen provided us the opportunity to make breakfast in the morning and not feel rushed to go get something to eat as soon as we woke up. The area is really quiet and made our stay very relaxing. The stalk was attentive and expedited our requests for towels and clean ups.

Enjoyed our weeklong stay at Kohala. Beautifully appointed room overlooking a manicured golf course. Location is great for the many tours around the island. And the convenience of having the shopping centers in the same campus offers many dining and shopping options. We look forward to being back.

Yes kitchen was fully equipped. There were plenty of shops near by. The front desk staff was wonderful. However, sometime when I texted for request, it was forgotten. The property was old. The water pressure was very weak. The screen to the patio was broken. The ceiling lamp cover fell off in the middle of the night.
