The resort was extremely well kempt by the yard caretakers. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. When we had questions they were glad to help. When some kid had an accident in the pool, staff was quick to remove the people and make sure everything was clean and ready before everybody returned. We appreciated the level of effort everyone put into their job.

We loved our stay. The suite was so spacious and had all utensils/cooking tools needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were amazing for the whole family. The shuttle to bring you to nearby shopping and beaches was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Kings Land condo units. A FULL 2/2 that was fully stocked with everything our young family of 5 needed. The property itself is beautiful, it was our second time back. We love all the things to do, the pools, lagoon, shops, wildlife, and the staff is simply amazing. What a place! So beautiful.

Absolutely love it here!!! Big, nice rooms. Multiple pool options which is great. The kitchen is so helpful for longer trips. Access to the Hilton Waikoloa area is fantastic. Will be back!

Loved our stay at the King's land! the pool area is awesome for kids all ages! we stayed in a 2bd room, which was perfect for our family of 5. very species, full kitchen, nice balcony. everything we needed!! The only reason for 4 stats is the food at the restaurant was meh.. very basic with not that many healthy options.
