This place is really nice. The staff are very accommodating, friendly but maintain professionalism in their dealing with the customers. Big shoutout to Christina in the front desk by making our stay there really memorable! Ann in the front desk was really nice as well. I’ll definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends and family. We missed the free ice creams but enjoyed the free chocolates they leave in the room everyday. 😀

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It was our first visit to Hawaii and selecting this hotel was the first of many great decisions this week. The property is beautiful, in a great location to restaurants, the beach and shopping. You get it all. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff. The suites are very spacious, clean and comfortable with great views of the ocean and local area. I highly recommend it and definitely plan to return.

The staff is amazing they make u feel like a king or a queen very clean amazing location my wife’ loved it the infinity pool has the greatest view of Waikiki all the way to the beach I rate it 5 stars
