Exceptional service - ship ran very tight - will come back to THIS location - loved the breakfast and dinner buffet option!

Very difficult review as lots of ‘love’ for this property on line however to be honest against the competition (Moana surfrider, princess, Sheraton and others) this one is feeling old and dated. Its got the absolute worst configuration for valet service on the beach strip giving a truly stressful experience both in and out, the rooms feel dark and dated, the lobby areas desperately need a major renovation compared to other locations. The Dukes resteraunt keeps this location on the map and delivers a great atmosphere but you don’t need to stay there to benefit from it. Sadly if we go back I will stay at one of the other properties for a better experience. Could not recommend.

Staff was quick and professional. Elevators were very efficient. Great location and could walk everywhere. I would stay again.

The property needs renovation but it is in a great location. I found most of the staff super friendly, warm, and helpful. This is a lively hotel with music and things happening until about midnight. I really like the hotel, with my only complaint that there is the stench of weed in the hallways and balconies many times a day. I came for fresh sea air and plumeria, not weed.

Area is in the prime location of Wakiki beach and downtown. Very convenient to stores and restaurants.
Customer service lacks. Not very attentive to our needs. I mentioned I was there for my birthday and they did not care and didn't even acknowledge it during my stay not even with a balloon. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. We stayed there for 2 days prior to our cruise and our room was not turned over. They said it would have to be on request as it would have to be over 2 days or more! For the amount of money we paid this should have been automatically done on day one!! Definitely receommend to you checking out nearby hotels nearby. Some of higher quality and service.
