Great hot water pressure. Great cold AC. Bed iwas comfy. Be aware of a $50...Resort fee...$50 Parking fee...$50...in taxes...will only accept a Hawaii drivers licence for proof of residency. Decent place to stay if you don't mind spending $500 a night. Food is good there. Coffee amenities in your room may be expired...check them before you make your coffee. Front desk folks no longer have chairs like they used to, so I guess management doesn't care about the front desk folks like they used to.

Our stay here for our honeymoon was overall good. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating. Some of the other guest were very loud in the middle of the night (yelling out on the beach) and the sliding balcony door was not as sound proof as we would have liked.
Also, it would have been nice to have access to a microwave in our room without having to pay a $20 fee per day. The hotel was very clean and the area around was convenient for finding places to eat.
The pool area was decent size but closed early (8pm) which I would have liked if it was open longer. I did like that breakfast was held 7a-11am instead of ending at 9am like most hotels, because we were able to sleep in everyday. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

loved the beautiful views of the ocean from my balcony.the staff was amazing and really enjoyed the vip poolside service and delicious food!

I didn’t have an issue with cleanliness however be aware if you rent a car you have a car that needs to be parked the charge is $50 per day not including tips.
My second biggest issue is the lack of caring at night where they used a power washed up until 3am to wash down the grounds and the umbrellas.
My husband and I ended our star 4 days earlier. The pool equipment/air conditioner/ gardening at early morning hours has left us with no choice but to leave.

Excellent quiet hotel. Of the three Outrigger properties in Waikiki, this one is in the best location. Close to shopping, yet off the main avenue, which keeps the noise to a minimum. Mattresses need replacing. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff provide exceptional service. Front house manager, So’o Tana, heard that it was my birthday, and whisked a basket of local goodies to our room. Special touches like that bring a smile to my face and fond memories to want to return. The property has only a sliver of beach access, but the generous size pool and multiple hot tubs compensate for that. The hotel has two restaurants, Monkey pods for fine dining with a good view of sunrises/sunsets, and a more casual grille to enjoy the pool or the evening entertainers. The hotel is terrific at communicating activities throughout the stay. It would have been helpful to know that with our hotel room key we had free access to Bishop Museum; however, we did not know about that until our last day. The property is spacious and has several shops and services within it, making it feel more resort like than some of the other nearby hotels.

Loved the location of the Outrigger. And the Monkeypod Kitchen was top notch for delicious food and great atmosphere.
