Hotel is under renovation creating a dusty environment every time you enter and exiting the elevators at the ground floor. The shower stall in the room was recently renovated but it is very small. You barely have room to turn around and you cannot lift your legs up. I think they were trying to cut cost on the remodel.

do not recommend , property is in construction right now , lots of noise and dirt at the property , definitely look for another option if coming to honolulu , if i could i would give it 0 stars but i can’t , also receptionist was being mean and giving us an attitude, never staying here again !!!

Five star service! Always book our trip through ohana outrigger twice a year and it never disappoints! Level 10 cleaning lady was very nice and always asks us if we needed anything!

Room was very nice and location is great.
Even though the new lobby was under construction,
It didn’t cause too much of an inconvenience getting thru the hotel complex.

It was nice. They still have a temporary lobby but they're almost done with the main lobby remodel. The rooms were very nice, clean, and new. The mattress was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here. Easy walk everywhere. There is construction at another building and that's what makes the noise outside (other hotels around experience the same noise). But you could barely hear it with the doors closed honestly. We had no issues.
