I enjoyed that there was access to a beach and several pools I liked that there was a luau right on the resort that ended with fireworks.

Staff was unresponsive multiple times. Asked staff for extra coffee packets, told me to call guest services cause their stock is inventoried, called guest services 4 times before getting coffee packets. Showered, changed, went down stairs, waited in line at the coffee shop, walked back to my room before I got some extra coffee packets. Really soured my experience. Manager was not responsive on the issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was always helpful and nice. Great restaurants. A pleasant experience, we will visit again.

Great beach access. Daily maid service very nice staff. Parking was outrageously priced and quite a trek to find street parking. Pools are a little congested
