Convenient location. Customer service at front desk was good during the morning shift, but awful with the service at night time shift. The sheets were dirty and the bed too old and uncomfortable. The room was in poor condition.

Perfect customer service, safety, and cleanliness. Very well thought out amenities such as the convenient towel rentals. The amazing staff were so warm and welcoming! Very clean and comfy rooms as well. Quick walk to the beach, shopping, and dining. Highly recommend!!!

I was not allowed to check in because I could only provide my credit card information on my google pay.

The property is outdated, staff is friendly and accommodating, 7 minutes walking distance to the beach and strip retail is plus. Overall the stay is good for a short period at pretty reasonable price.

I don't know why they call this property as a hotel. I don't even think that they qualify to be called a motel. The carpet in the room was buckled up, the bathroom tiles that once white have turned yellowish. If you open the window, you'll see other neighbors so close. The front desk was great, friendly too, but the property condition is really bad!! Not recommend at all.

The property is a little old and small. However, the location is perfect. There are ABC stores, restaurants, and bars (if you want a drink). There was a firework show going on the weekend we went and we had a clear view of the show from our balcony. The room was tiny but it came with a microwave and the essentials. It was all my husband needed for a relaxing get away.
