After a long stressful drive where I was constantly held up with roadworks and slow vehicles, I was very late and was going to miss the cut off time for the office.
Upon arriving I was greeted by the most lovely lady on the front desk who reassured me it was no problem I was late. I then later checked my messages to see they had tried very hard to contact me ( I was driving so couldn’t check my phone) and had arranged for me to still access my room no matter the time. It honestly made my Day.

Very clean and plenty of amenities. Great team managing the property, incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the property.

I was met by a very nice, helpful man in reception and enjoyed my stay in a clean, comfortable room with everything I needed. I would stay again.

A Gem in Waikanae
