This hotel was great. Clean, comfortable. We had an issue with billing that I was intending on sorting out at checkout when the manager was there and when I went to check out the manager already knew about it, and had it fixed.

The bathroom had urine all over it. The online photos show they have a hot tub however it's been removed. You can hear every sound from the hallways in your room.

Hi Nadine, I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your stay. We did try to send housekeeping to your room but you had a do not disturb sign on your door. We also no longer have a hot tub and it is was removed from our listing months ago. I apologize if a third party site has not updated this information and I will try to have it removed.

The employees were friendly and efficient. They lobby was clean but it was extremely hot in the lobby and hallways. Our room was fine except the windows were in dire need of cleaning, there was what appeared to be a large dog paw print on the head board and the fan in the bathroom did not work and the metal was rusting in the bathroom .

Pool was not open, would have really liked a hot tub and workout area without leaving the building.

The said the pool wasn’t working because of a coil. Then they cemented the hot tub up. The sink had some cracks on it. The carpet was a little torn by the door going into the room. They said they will give you a key to a different place to go use the pool there. We use to like going to this place because it was nice. Now we are going to find a different place to stay.

I do apologize for the pool being down. We had to overhaul our equipment. Unfortunately our pump arrived damaged and it is unsafe to operate without a working filtration system. Hopefully you give us a chance again in the future.
