Nice staff. Clean facility and nice beds. TV was stuck on one local channel but spent very little time in room, therefore not much of an inconvenience.

Staff was great, When one Room had a Problem they Reassigned me another very quickly with no problem

Average place. It’s clean and quiet. Staff is nice. Breakfast is ok. Just make sure you verify correct times and don’t rely on the time they tell you. I was told wrong and missed it by two mins and no help there. Not sure what the nightly reception is. Never saw it happen. “Bar” is there but very limited and limited staff. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer that takes quarters only. There is no change machine and they may or may not have change. Bring ur own detergent etc. bc it’s not there. Price was best for quality and amenities.

Good experience. My only gripe was that the refrigerator in the room didn't work and the ice machine on my floor didn't either.

Michelle is the only reason I personally cared for the stay. She was always positive and kind.The first night, the fire alarm went off and our phone didnt work to call the front desk so we had to use the hallways. After our second night we requested that our room be cleaned that morning since we'd be gone a few hours. They could only bring towels and take out the trash which was fine if they had done that but they hadn't. We waited and waited for towels to shower before going back out but we gave up after the second attempt. After returning from shopping and lunch, my husband called a third time to a lady working overnight that was rude and care free about our problem. She said she didnt know what to tell us because housekeeping left but shed get us towels. It turned out to be another lady bringing those too. Overall, the bed was uncomfortable and the price of the stay was too much for the experience. Oh and go get your own breakfast. Its just toaster waffles and mediocre sausage.
