Overall, hotel coupd probably use some updates. That being said, it was very clean. Friendly staff

The hotel was conveniently located to downtown, plenty of eateries, cafes, and sports bars & grills. It was close to the river with pretty views. The room price was very good for weekend rates, especially where it was located. Room was very clean & staff very attentive. Highly recommended.

Great location, walkable to silos and magnolia shops, walkable to brazos bridge and restaurants, pool nice , comfortable lounge chairs, clean

Beds are comfortable, great view to the brazos river, really nice hotel

There were lots of issues here from one of our rooms not being available to check-in until 8pm, to maintenance issues that mgmt changed stories about, to horrible breakfast service, to mgmt offering services that aren't even available, to mgmt all but accusing me of lying as I walked away - not realizing I was still on earshot & quickly backtracked when she was proven wrong. Not our 1st time staying here, but definitely 1st time for these issues & may be our last time staying here

Checking in was easy. The location is very convenient to the civic center and numerous places are within walking distance for food. I am very pleased.

The Waco Hilton is an old hotel but is clean and so convenient to many good. restaurants. Parking is free but if an event is going on in the adjacent park, finding a place to park can be tough. Very safe.
