The bed needs replacement the furniture is scratched, closet doors is broken the hotel shows a lot of wear and tear

This hotel is nice but pretty outdated and in need of a facelift. It's clean but just older. It would have been nice to know that the pool and hot tub were out of order. I chose this hotel specifically for those amenities.

This Property has an amazing Staff, very easy to work with and accommodating. The facilities themselve are a bit wornout and the tubs are small and not relaxing but clean and very nice. A nice quiet bar inside would bring this location to the top. Thank you all for making my night! It was great.

Pool and TV not working.

Took my young son and his friend for a small spring break get away. Got there and the pool was being worked on. Get to the room and the tv wasn't working. Finally found out pool wouldn't be ready until the next day. Even though I had paid through Hotels.com, the hotel charged again. I elected to check out that evening. James, the gentleman seemingly working alone, was extremely professional and apologetic. He even tried to get the tv to work and offered to put us in another room. But the in-door pool was the reason we were there for the one night. They refunded the second charge. James had the manager on speaker phone and she said she would explain the details to Hotels.com. to see if I could be refunded with them too. Hasn't happened yet. That was 3 days ago. I'll check ahead next time. :)

Mam. I did speak with Hotels.com and explained to them the situation. I did not charge the virtual card they had on file. If they are charging you a fee that is because the 3rd party is charging you fee. However, I did not charge you anything.

Bery nice property. Hot tub no longer available, but pool nice and warm.
