Very nice, but...
Posted 17 Aug 2020 on HotelsThe hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar.
My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue

You had stay in our hotel in term 14-16/8/2020 through Hotels.com.
Because you have paid by credit card through portal Hotels.com and you paid in hotel too, so it was double payment, we would like to kindly ask you to send us account number (IBAN), Bank address, name of account.
Then we will send you payment in amount 163,18€ to your account (3€ is local tax).

Spa, zwembad, vermaak voor kinderen, speeltuin, redelijk grote kamers maar geen airco en gehorig (had een kamer met binnendeur naar een tweede kamer indien je met gezin bent). Kamers worden vroeg schoongemaakt, keurige Covid regels, goed ontbijtbuffet, maar matig dinerbuffet.

Byli jsme 4 - členná rodina, dostali jsme 2 pokoje, které nebyly u sebe, byť pokoje okolo nás nebyly obsazené.
Příjemný wellness.

Hotel bardzo fajny, dla rodziców z dzieckiem wręcz idealny, program dla dzieci fantastyczny, animatorzy wspaniali. Goście bez dzieci mogą czuć się nieco dziwnie bo jest rzeczywiście dużo dzieci.

V hoteli Atrium som bola prvýkrát a nemám čo vytknúť. Určite sa tam vrátime.
