Comfortable, large room. Very good bathroom. Atmospheric village with the fabulous Georges Blanc restaurant. The only slight complaint was that thefe was no one at reception when we arrived. The estate handyman had to go and find someone to check us in.

Enjoyable relaxing stay.

The rooms were quite nice- I say rooms because our first room was rather dark and we had no view. They graciously changed us to a nicer room for our next 3 nights. There really is no reception area at Les Saules, as all the admin staff is across the square at the other hotel(George Blanc). That suited us fine. The overall area is lovely-typical French countryside, although there’s not much to do in the town itself.

Hotel good, but location a little odd

The room was great, however the whole village is dominated by George Blanc and there was without doubt a them and us feeling as we walked around the village. We ended playing a game to see how long you could last without seeing the name George Blanc. You were lucky if you managed it for 2 minutes. No complaint about the hotel or the staff, but we will not be back again.

Une grande déception,notre chambre dans un lieu, le petit déjeuner dans un autre, le restaurant dans un troisième. Pas de service en chambre . À l’arrivée il faut chercher la réception autour de la place, se débrouiller avec les bagages puis emmener ailleurs la voiture au voiturier pour qu’il la parque .....Pas de choix de restaurant (la majorité fermée) obligation du restaurant gastronomique avec un vin hors de prix. Et le lendemain recherche du Xieme restaurant très mal indiqué. Et cerise.... le prix des prestations annexes est sous évalué sur Hôtels.com
