The hotel is located right in front of the port, where you can leave the car (hotel guests pay 10€ per day at the moment) and enjoy Volos on foot.
All the small details in the room made it perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The space was small, but absolutely enough for a city trip. The amenities were super cute and there was a variety of tea in the room.
The breakfast was very delicious. I am not sure if there were any or many vegan options, luckily that wasn't an issue for me.

The BEST hotel in Volos! Well worth the price and right across the street from the ferry. Excellent and friendly staff. Have stayed here before this trip and would stay again. :-)

Some refurbishment going on

Curently the reception area is being refurbished and this led to scaffolding, a switch of hotel entrances and some drilling noise in the morning.
I understand that these effects will be short term and Hotel Aegli will continue to be the confortable and well located place it usually is
