"The bathroom was old, disappointing. The blue tiles were cracked and not much counter space to put toiletries or makeup bag. The air conditioning was so cold, so when we turned it off, the following morning there was condensation in room and the floors and ceiling were moist. Drops of water from ceiling due to condensation. Near the pool you could smell sewage."

"we enjoyed our time and look forward to returning. Our one Chris would be that there’s no outlet for the coffee container in the heat water for coffee. I would think and I searched all around the TV area and the countertop but there’s no plug-in outlet, which we thought was unusual, but we enjoyed our time."

"We arrived before lunch and too early for check in time so we come back the right check in time They said but still the room is not available while other foreigners arrived they accommodate them right away and give them their room. Unfair they prioritize the foreigner tourist ( lf i said l Am not filipino citizen anymore would they give me my room on time) then l follow up many times until they give us a room. They give us a room last room besides the cleaning and storage room. We just didn’t complain anymore so we walk in the stairs everyday seeing the cart of cleaners and some stock of extra beds. Every day coming in and out of our room employees coming through with the cleaning carts. I was very disappointed for the experience staying in this hotel and the fact l paid same amount of other guests l will never ever come back in any hennan hotel all over the Philippines, lesson Learned stay away in this hotel every time I visit Philippines. To the front desks staff be fair to locals and balikbayan like us, dont focus on foreign guests only Were also paying for the hotel accommodation."

"They served me a cold hamburger that was raw in the middle. I asked for medium well done. That means warm center. This burger was stone cold, the beef fat had almost re-solidified and the center was RAW and cold. They charged me nearly $20 USD for that disaster burger. "
