I was told they charge for parking.At checkout , I asked about the charges and was told the older lady didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked for a bill to verify if any parking fees, but was told since I booked through a third-party (Expedia), I have to get a receipt from them. I really don’t understand this. The hotel was noisy with dogs and uncontrollable children yelling and screaming up and down the halls.. Telephone in room but not connected. Unable to contact front desk unless you call in your personal cell phone.

One thing I will say is Andres at the front desk was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Another person who worked the front desk was useless, We were there for four nights and at first we thought they were having a bad day, but it continued for all four days, a smile would go along way with her ….ill let you figure out who it was as I won’t mention her name. The facility itself is relatively clean, at night there were loud people in the hallway after 10pm, so it seems to be a young crowd, the smell of marijuana on people walking into the elevator was annoying but that’s everywhere these days. We made our reservations well before April 15, but the front desk lady (the one with no personality) made it a point at the front desk that we were getting free parking and I asked her why wouldn’t I get free parking? and the response was well after April 15 you have to pay $15 a day for parking and I said I’m a guest of the hotel. Why would I have to pay for parking?…. the response was well all the hotels charge for parking after April 15 during the season and I thought that was atrocious that you would charge your paying customers to park. Breakfast was simple and basic but appreciated. Would I stay there again, maybe, maybe not but I would definitely look for another hotel to see if there’s anything Better in the area

Hotel was better than expected for the price. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Elevator was a little suspect but otherwise ok.

I was so disappointed that we had to end our trip a day early because the next morning, after getting out the shower, a cockroach runs out from behind the toilet! I killed it and showed the manager who did not seem shocked at all. Definitely not staying here again!

4/11/24: The front desk (female) associate was very patient and had a great spirit last evening However, while booking this hotel, I called to confirm if they had an indoor swimming pool, another (male) associate said YES the hotel had an indoor pool. So I proceeded to book. Upon arrival, and checking in we found out that male associate who answered the phone LIED about the indoor pool. Last night’s associate said that they changed it into a gym. She claimed that was done before she got there as she was NEW to the position. I was very upset. No manager was on site. I’ve reached out to Wyndham to tell them about the experience, filed a complaint, and hoped that we were moved to a different hotel. I received an automated email stating they would get back to me within a week. I was very angry and plan to reach again this morning! I’m definitely going to have a talk with management first thing this morning about whoever that employee was . I’m LIVID over the bait and switch. If I knew it didn’t have a pool, I wouldn’t have booked here!!!! EXPEDIA, I want some type of compensation back to my card that I used. Will be reaching out again within the next few days regarding this issue.

The hotel is old has mold all over the windows and bathrooms.

I don't have any complaints. I enjoyed a cozy restful night pretty good breakfast selection.
