This hotel doesnt look like the picture, it looked very unsafe and when I explained to the front desk clerk that I was not going to stay at the hotel he tried to force me to stay. Emphasizing to try it for one night first. If your a woman or have children do not stay at this hotel. Especially by yourself.

Checkin was kind and humble, was able to be accommodated. Great walking distance to multiple places we wanted to go to. Room was spacious for what we wanted. We came for a family event and our stay was good for the few days here.

What I liked was it was close to beach. What I didn't like was if you have a larger vehicle parking was very tough and tight.

We took one look at the room and left Smelled terrible Smelled like dog With a partial refund Very disappointed

Arrived and immediately felt unsafe, booked a room at a different hotel within an hour of checking in.

I booked a king room a week before going down to stay, when I got there they told me there wasn't a king room available even though they charged my card 2 days prior to my check-in to reserve the room (which I wasn't aware they were doing because it said they were charging me at midnight the day of check in on the booking listing). They told me i would have to stay in a queen room instead (for the same price even though it was cheaper a week prior). So I was irritated about that and demanded a partial refund for the inconvenience and since the queen rooms were cheaper. I was denied the refund but I checked in anyways. I went up to the room and it wasn't even a queen room, it was a room with 2 twin beds... And it was absolutely filthy. Floors were dirty, dressers and shelves had debris and a white substance smeared on everything, the rooms wreaked like smoke (we booked a non-smoking room), the tub/shower was dirty (stains/hair in the tub), and the toilet was all stained with feces and urine... I was livid. I wanted a full refund for the nastiness and the fact the room they put me in was nowhere close to the price of the room that I booked but it would take 5-7 business days for it to process so I said screw it and stayed anyways considering I was only there for the night for business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW THAT IS CONSIDERING BOOKING THIS HOTEL TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SPEND A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO STAY AT A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT. 0 OUT OF 5 STARS!!!
