When I got there they didn’t have my booking they cancelled me cause I didn’t get there by 1am. I traveled 7 hours to get there the manager had an attitude and didn’t even care. I called Expedia they didn’t get back to me to help me. I am very disappointed with this booking I’ve never had issues before booking and getting to my location 7 hours later than book in never heard you have a no show if you don’t show up by a few hours even dough I booked it for three days if I’m paying for it I think I have the right to show up any time between the check in to the remaining if my time. Expedia never got back to me I’m still waiting and this was Saturday at 7am. I really want to money back.

1st night neighbor kept blasting rap music until 2am, second night between the drying going on above me and people being loud, didnt get much sleep. Ended up leaving early, but was still charged all 3 days.

They charged me more when I went to check in, The room smelled absolutely terrible I was supposed to have a non smoking room. The smoke detectors were removed, the toilet did not flush, the walls were filthy and the bed had hair all over it. 0 out of 5!!!

There was no coffee maker in the room. There were also no lamps in the nor any toilet paper on the roller. My wife killed a cockroach also. I reported the problem about no lamps or coffee maker; he never followed up on them or advise me of why or anything. .
