Room was pretty small, they had a concert going on in the corner outside of the hotel, so pretty noise.
Pretty busy area.
Good thing you can walk to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Beach is right in front of the hotel.

I had a double bed and a stain was on one of the sheets. The other bed the sheets felt like they had been washed for awhile, felt like leant balls was on them. Room is tight but that’s my negative review. The property was clean and the food was ok.

Staff is super rude! The two ladies working reception has zero hospitality training. They were both rolling their eyes when I asked if my honor status could be marked. I asked if I can have a digital key. She said after she checks me in, I will be able to get one. That did not happen. Why do you think people get gold status so that staff can mock them at check in. Please train your staff better especially the ones working check in on Friday night.
Also the parking garage stinker like pee all over. When you charge $20 for selg parking, the garage should not be covered with the torn garbage bags.

Everything was great, friendly staff, room was clean. Rooms were a bit small, but offered everything we needed for a short stay. The only complaint I have is the walls are NOT in anyway, sound proof. The noise from the hallways, boardwalk and neighboring rooms could be heard at all hours.

The room smelled terribly of dirty feet and was real tiny. No ventilations. The staff were not engaging.
