Decent place to stay

Ok hotel, not really bad, nor really nice

Pros: Not much to recommend the place, it's basically just a hotel.
Cons: Front desk. Restaurant.
Location: No restaurants in the area, no reason to be there that I could determine.
First, the reception had no idea how to register me with a reservation from Expedia. Then they had no idea as to what kind of room they should give me. The room was OK, very hard bed. Breakfast was the usual, not at all designed for a person from the west. I went to their restaurant for lunch and was the only customer in the place and it seemed like the wait staff had important things to chat about. After several minutes of being ignored I left.

Lack of facilities
Posted 23 Feb 2016 on HotelsWe stayed just one night on our travels to Hanoi. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite room which was massive (seperately lounge room and additional shower)
However we chose the hotel as it had a fitness room and sauna. When enquiring where the rooms were, we were informed that they were actually closed due to unpopularity! Not quite sure what that means and why they advertise having these facilities. Very disappointing.
Breakfast had little choice for a westerner, other than eggs, which even if you asked for scrambled or fried, it would be random as to what you got, and when you got it as Asians seemed to have priority in being served. Western traditions of queuing and politeness don't exist.
So mixed review as the upgrade was a nice surprise (although we only got upgraded as they didn't have any of specific rooms available). They need to definitely remove fitness room and sauna from their list of facilities

Generally speaking, it is an ordinary hotel. However, the cost performance is relatively high.

地理位置方便，飯店房間老舊，有味道。

Location: 附近有賣場的美食街可以選擇，白天有時間的話，還可以去附近的批發市場和傳統菜市場逛逛，可以殺價！
這是第三次入住飯店了，但越來越失望，剛入先檢查床，發現床單是用過的，有頭髮；睡第二、三天也都沒換過，隔音效果也不好，雨季時房間潮濕。很棒的地方是在登記入住時，有提供好喝的檸檬汁，早餐多樣性，可以吃的很好。

靠近購買的地方，餐廳的位置也不錯。
Posted 18 Apr 2016櫃台人員沒那麼親切，有些失落。房間給的位置也不太好，會有蚊蟲進房間,而且還被叮。基本上房間算乾淨，跟別的飯店比起來的話。值得一提的是早餐，多樣性，不用擔心吃不習慣。
