cheap room as expected at the price point however the door to the toilet/shower didnt shut properly and not did the main door to outside

The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny. It would not suit a large person. The automatic check in worked ok but i prefer a person. There are few dining options locally but, fortunately, the Campanile Hotel opposite has a good restaurant and we were given a discount because we in the Premiere Classe

We were driving through Beziers and needed a place. It is located on the highway so it was easy to access with car. The room was clean. The hotel was automated so the only person I saw was when I dropped the key off in the morning.

The room was clean enough but very very small. The breakfast was very small for the 5 EUR it cost. Code needed for parking after hours, so that was good. The clientele were "sketchy" and the walls were extremely thin. Toilet paper was overlooked as needing replacement.

my wife is disabled and so we advised the hotel at time of booking but did not give us one of the disablef rooms.

Dear guest, Our disabled rooms are only for 1 person with sigle bed, so I suppose we give you a double room on a ground floor as we can't do any think else. Without your name on the post I can't see what happen exactly. Best regards
