A very good overnight stop on way to Italy
Posted 29 Sep 2021 on HotelsA very good stop. The people at hotel were very friendly and welcoming. It was not that far from motorway and even easier when we left going south. We ate dinner which was great - classic French but straight forward cooking. The bar was also used by the locals who all seemed very friendly!

Dirty and hostile.
Posted 1 Jun 2021 on HotelsDirty, unhelpful and hostile. Tried to order food at 7pm after an 8 hour drive and told it was too late. Only seemed interested in the locals drinking. Whole place stank of smoke and was noisy. Left at 3am as I just couldn't stay any longer. Tiny room, dirty bathroom, 1 bottle of warm water in room, food on the floors in the bedroom. No information given about anything, no internet and rubbish TV.

Wonderful overnight stay
Posted 5 Oct 2020 on HotelsSuper friendly welcome in a spotlessly clean hotel with a locals bar and a great restaurant in a pretty village. The set menus are great value and the wine selection also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Wrong time of year
Posted 18 Sep 2017I'm sure the hotel is buzzing and atmospheric in the summer, but in mid September it was not a gear place to be.
